MYC’s website, henceforth the PORTAL, is governed by provisions exclusively applicable in Spain, to which both domestic and foreign users using this site hereby submit.
Confidentiality, professional secret and security are primordial values for MYC, which hereby undertakes to guarantee the privacy of users or visitors at all times and in all relations with it. MYC hereby also undertakes not to gather unnecessary information on users.
As provided for in Organic Act No. 15/1999 of 13 December, the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD) and Royal Decree No. 1720/2007 enabling that Act, you are advised that such delivery of personal data constitutes express consent to their processing, albeit revocably and with no retroactive effects.
To safeguard the security of your personal details, the technical security and organisational measures will be applied which are demanded in Royal Decree No. 1720/2007 regulating security measures for files containing personal data.

MYC gathers your personal data on a number for forms where you can ask us for any information, clarification or query.
Delivery of those forms implies your authorisation to include them in our related files, should the company consider that convenient, and they will be regulated by these privacy policies. Your details will be incorporated into our data processing files, with rights to access, rectify and cancel them. You may at any time reject our commercial deliveries, and use your rights of access, rectification and cancellation in the terms established by law, at the address and with the data referred to at the beginning of this Legal Notice, together with a copy of your National Identity Document.
MYC informs you that your data will be dealt with confidentially, used exclusively internally and for the purposes set out. Your data will therefore not be passed on or communicated to any third party, except as required by law or if expressly authorised by the user.
To safeguard the security of your personal data, MYC has adopted all the technical and organisational measures needed to ensure the security of personal data provided, against alteration, loss, and unauthorised treatment or access, in the terms of Royal Decree No. 1720/2007 regulating security measures for files containing personal data.
It is important in keeping your personal data up to date for you to advise us whenever they are modified. We cannot otherwise answer for their veracity. We consider that, if you do not expressly cancel your personal data in our files, you continue to be interested in their remaining there until MYC deems fit and this is considered appropriate to the ends for which they were gathered.
MYC declines any liability under the privacy policy in relation to personal data facilitated to third parties via the links available at the PORTAL. MYC may change this privacy policy to adapt it to any changes to the PORTAL and because of legislative changes concerning personal data and which affect this policy. It should therefore be consulted whenever facilitating your data via the PORTAL.
